How easy is it to fix my bike/scooter?

This depends on the complexity of your problem! We perform gratis diagnostics for any device that comes to us.

Does Cyclecure come to where I am?

We offer mobile pick-up service anywhere in Belgium as long as our van can reach you by road. In the area of Brussels, we also offer at-home or at-office repairs for e-bikes only. 

How long does a repair take?

Indicate your break in our booking form and we will do our best to estimate the time it takes to repair it. If we can fix it, we will tell you how soon you can expect it. This varies based on spare parts and staff availability. But we always aim to be fast! 

Does Cyclecure provide spares?

We will identify the spare parts needed and source them so you can relax and leave it to us. If you have a spare part, of course, you can bring it and we will see how to best use it!

Does Cyclecure operate internationally?

We are looking to expand into France, the Netherlands and Germany soon!

Can I buy an e-bike?

We sometimes have e-bikes in stock. Feel free to contact us via our contact form to find out more.
